That's a lot of anniversaries and birthdays to remember!
On a more serious note, a lot of these people conveniently ignore Solomon's hundreds of wives in order to solidify the whole one-man-one-woman thing. I also think they would have thought differently of a queen who had seven hundred husbands and three hundred (male) concubines.
